A distant cousin tried this back in the 60's in Massachusetts.  When a 
Registry clerk asked what it signified he had to think fast: 
"Brotherhood of Industrious Official Youth Associations". 

It passed muster and was therefore most certainly an attention getter 
for discerning motorists.
