Hi Dinesh Shah, 

As you well know under the USofA legal system, 
anybody can sue anybody 
if you got a couple of hundred dollars for the filing fees, etc. 

You don't have to just look at SCO, look at RIAA for example. 

The question isn't "can Novell can sue you?" 
as the simple answer is yes they can ;) 

the real question is ___ can they prevail in a court of law, 
 -- and as Dan said: "That would be problematic.....(snip)"
