I would expect them to have good support. This is one way to 
effectively grow the enterprise  business. 

In the US, they are trying to sign up IBM and HP to support Ubuntu. 
Currently, if you buy an IBM or HP system with Enterprise Linux (RH, 
SuSE), you get your support directly from HP or IBM.
