Thanks for the interesting post, Tom. Databases have been my primary
interest in software development for quite some time. These "surveys"
have to be looked at with a careful examination of who was asking the
question, what questions they asked, and of whom they were asked.

I learned in the days of selling Amigas that the technically superior
solution wasn't always the winner in the horse race :)
