Any interest in inexpensive collocation?

After contacting many of the data centers in eastern Mass, it seems
that pricing is extremely high for some of us geeks to host a box or
two.  Being in the hosting industry and given my experience, I'm
considering taking a huge step up from hosting and renting a number of
racks at a data center.  Is there any interest from people that would
be looking for inexpensive colocation?  Now when I say inexpensive,
the idea is a reliable provider but savings come in larger numbers.
This could be for personal servers or business servers.  If so, please
