Galaxy Internet Services?

I've had an ADSL account with them for a couple years. They 
do block ports (torrent and others) I use them for basic 
services like web browsing and email. Their uptime has been 
very good with only a couple times when service was down, 
once for a half a day after a major cable was excavated.
