Network Install Http RHEL working with ISOs

Your question is a little ambiguous, however...

Make an ISO from a CD/DVD?
$ dd if=/dev/cdrom of=/tmp/mydisc.iso

Extract files from an ISO?
$ mkdir /tmp/mydisc /tmp/myfiles
$ sudo mount -o loop mydisc.iso /tmp/mydisc
$ cp /tmp/mydisc/afile.txt /tmp/myfiles/
