Testing a bad mobo/CPU/power-supply?

I know the bad part(s) are either the mobo or the CPU.  It would beep
if it were the RAM and I don't get a beep.  So I'm FAIRLY confident that
it's the mobo or CPU that's bad.  If you have a known working AM2 mobo
and a known working AMD/AM2 CPU, that would help narrow it down.
I'm 80% sure it's the mobo.
