New spamassassin no longer putting in X-Spam-Level: and X-Spam-Flag:

What the problem turned out to be was *(&&(*#(*#$()))!!!!(*#&& SELinux, 
which has caused me NO END of frustration.  SELinux got a rules update 
at the same time as the SpamAssassin upgrade, and was preventing it from 
accessing my home directory.   ARGH!
