New spamassassin no longer putting in X-Spam-Level: and X-Spam-Flag:

My FC6 box updated spamassassin to spamassassin-3.2.0-39.fc6 yesterday.
Ever since, none of my spam is getting caught. I'm trying very hard
to diagnose the problems. but feeding spam to spamc manually, it looks
like spamd is no longer putting in the header with the stars so
procmail can tell who's naughty and who's nice.

While this thread doesn't offer any answers, it appears to confirm this:
http://article.gmane.org/gmane.mail.spam.spamassassin.general/98300
You can see the thread near the top of
http://news.gmane.org/gmane.mail.spam.spamassassin.general

I confirmed the output is different by piping a sample spam message
through spamd manually. There's no longer a "X-Spam-Flag: YES", and
there's no longer "X-Spam-Level: ************"

In /usr/share/spamassassin/10_default_prefs.cf
I have (among many other settings)
add_header spam Flag _YESNOCAPS_
add_header all Level _STARS(*)_
add_header all Status "_YESNO_, score=_SCORE_ required=_REQD_
tests=_TESTS_ autolearn=_AUTOLEARN_ version=_VERSION_"

Is anyone else seeing this?
Is there something else I could check?

Thanks.
