Getting used to the mac single button...

If that's a desktop Mac, the easiest way is to buy a mouse with more 
than one button. If it's a laptop, alas, you're somewhat stuck (you can 
plug in a mouse, but you might not want to for portability reasons). 
There are ways to get the right-click things that vary based on 
application; it's hold-click in Firefox (click the mouse and hold it for 
a while), for example, and some applications use option-click (hold down 
the Option key while you click).
