We've been using Trac for the past several months at my $dayjob.  It's
been pretty good.  The source code browser (integrated with subversion)
is nice, and the consistent wiki format across everything (tickets, wiki
entries, milestones, etc) is handy.  I didn't set it up, but my coworker
who did said it was pretty easy.

If you want the subversion integration, trac has to run on the same
server as the repository though.
