Forest for the trees

This thought just occurred to me while discussing the virtues of open
source with my brother-- who is an experienced Windows die hard that
just about had it with as he labels it 'Microshaft'. What we linux
et. al users take for granted is there are all the wonderful Live CDs
that promote Open source. However, when a windows user tries out the
CD they first see the boot messsages as the system is initiated. Some
of those messages contain errors appearing like there are a problems
with their system running open source.
