nfs?



	You seem to be missing the portmap daemon, you need to be running it
both on the server and clients.
	I usually have no complains about NFS performance, as long the server FS
is adequate, has enough memory, the nfs rsize,wsize are setup
correctly, the sync/async issue,etc
