visual studio

OK... this is not a unix question... but I've been thrown into a project 
where I have to deal with visual studio. So, need a learn about visual 
studio. I looked on the O'Reilly web site but did not find anything 
specific to visual studio. There is .net, and visual basic etc. Is there 
a book which covers the essence of visual studio?
