Dialup ISP suggestions?

Man, it's been a few years since I've heard anyone talk about them, like
I said I've heard good things about them. It's amazing the couple
comments that were posted and how a couple years can change something
that much.

Seriously, they used to be amazing, but I've only heard bad things and
death threats about them for the past few years.

Why don't you want to do dialup through your cell phone? Verizon has
that.
