Virtual hosting & cheap colo -- lost the link!

I have bookmarked two providers of virtual hosting to del.icio.us. 
However, I do not any more about the providers other than the info on
their website.
http://iicvps.com/  is a Xen based site
and
http://www.linode.com/  is a user mode linux based site.
