looking for cacert assurer

I've signed up for a cacert.org account and added a few domains
including BLU.ORG, but I haven't gotten to the next step. 

I'm thinking it would make sense to do something similar to a PGP
keysigning party for these things. It would be great if we could do
this for the June or July BLU meeting. 

Can anyone recommend a speaker to talk about CACert.org, and someone
(possibly the same person) to coordinate a cert-signing event after the
talk?
