#!/usr/bin/env

And worse. I've put some pretty strange unportable things on #! lines when
"root" wouldn't give me a public Perl 5.8.x (because the vendor "supported"
one in /bin was 5.6.uhoh) but had one hidden for his own use.

Unfortunately, I've found systems with /bin/env but /usr/bin/env or vice
versa, so even that's not portable unless "root" makes a symlink.
