Post-installation security config.

In general I think that article was good advice. However, although the
article was posted in December, 2005, it is out of date. In the first
paragraph it did not mention that some distros have automatic patch
management software. (And it also mentioned "Lindows" which changed its
name to Linspire in April 2004. It also did not mentioned Red Hat and
not Fedora.
