saving money by moving my mail/Web server out of my basement?

I have a VPS (Virtual Private Server) at Servint (servint.net), and I am
very pleased with them.

$49 for a server with 10GB storage and WHM (web host control panel), and
cPanel and 200GB per month transfer. You can also get raw RedHat 9 without
the control panel. They have excellent connectivity and support too.
