RedHat AS 2.1 (kernel panic)

In addition to the dmesg, bring the system up manually.
This means bring it up first into single user mode. Watch the kernel as it 
is loading, and try to focus in on the culprit that way.
Also what is the graphics display if any?
We've got a Dell Poweredge as the BLU server.
