A new Linux recommendation

I recommend Ubuntu.

It's got everything you could possibly need and it "Just Works"(tm) :)

I have been running it for months now at work, home, and a laptop.
It's very stable and has a great support community (ubuntuforums.org)
and a great starter guide (ubuntuguide.org)
