increase space & umount /tmp in HP-UX

First of all, is /tmp a mounted file system?
Secondly, in general HP-UX uses LVM so you should easily be able to resize 
things. While I have a few HP-UX systems here, I don't know their names off 
hand. You should be able to use SAM to do it.
