[OT] Help with ancient Mac

Thanks Mark,
I actually have some old floppies going back to my Atari ST days that I 
never discarded that contains some software. 
I haven't looked, but is there code available on Linux for formatting the 
Mac 800K encoding. I know that you can format the 720K natively using 
fdformat(8). 

But, the main issue is just getting a boot disk for him, and I think that a 
couple of people may have it.
