Commercial DSL Providers

Here in Cambridge, I use Cyberonic (www.cyberonic.com). They give me 1
static IP, 1.5 down and up.
While it costs $40 a month, compared to Verizon's $29, I can honestly
say that Cyberonic has only gone down maybe a total of 15 minutes in the
past two years. In addition, since I run my own DNS, it was easy to
call them up and request a reverse-DNS for my IP. Try doing THAT with
another ISP.
