Since no one else is offering anything, I would humbly suggest checking out
what my company offers: http://www.standardcode.com

Given lead time, we can manufacture just about any type of class, since we
have teachers on-hand. If there is demand for something, we will get the
curriculum written up and a teacher to teach it.

I run it, and you can contact me (off-list if you want to keep bandwidth waste
low) to get more info.

The website is going through a major upgrade, so the class lists are not yet
updated to include the 30 or so we now offer. We're stuck in a CMS nightmare,
with no real links and cgi stuff everywhere that is broken. Ugh.
