cpio 2GB file limit?

Any one ever bump into a 2GB file size limit with cpio? That is the file to be copied is >2GB. Just curious. I'll go fix this on Monday...

  cpio -o --block-size=64 --format=crc
Value too large for defined data type

kernel-2.4.21-20.EL.i686.rpm ext3
