If you join the RedHat developer program for $300/year you get access to all of their offerings with a basic support subscription for up to 5 servers.  This is of course assuming that you are using the support for development purposes, not for deployment purposes.

If that is not suitable look at Fedora. Or a RHEL clone such as cAos, White Box, Tao.
