Portscan yourself!

According to my IDS Log others like to do this for me.  :)  I did the
check and was surprised to see,

UDP 137 : FILTERED	No response packet was received.
UDP 138 : OPEN	The port is open.
UDP 139 : FILTERED	No response packet was received.

NetBIOS/Samba?.  I'm not using it.  Suppose I should turn it off?
