razor2 error

Has anyone see this?  It's getting dumped every few minutes to tty1, and 
it's in boot.msg:

razor2 check skipped: No such file or directory Insecure dependency in
connect while running with -T switch at
/usr/lib/perl5/5.8.1/i586-linux-thread-multi/IO/Socket.pm line 114.


SuSE 9.0 system.  That line is a call to connect(), so I'm not sure what 
file or directory could not be found.
