We switched from RH to SLES just about the time that RH was
announcing the Fedora/Enterprise split.

The requirements were for a distribution directly supported by
Oracle. At the time, the choices were RH, SLES, and those evil
bastards in Utah.

We've been reasonably happy with it. I wouldn't call SuSE's
support top-rate, and the Debian user community is about fifty
times as active and helpful, but it gets the job done, issues
security patches in a timely manner and Oracle runs quite
nicely.
