New box does not load BIOS

Hello:

I have yet to plug in speakers, but I will give that a try tonight.
The video card has 1 15-pin VGA out and S-video. I am using the
VGA output.

Good to know about the lights/video signals.

I may have found the problem. On the video card spec sheet, it says
that the 8xAGP mode is 0.8 volts. Yet my board demands 8x at 1.5v.
Damn, and I threw away the box because people were coming to visit,
arg! I'll check the specs that came with the card tonight.
