how to create rescue disk - GRUB - Redhat ES 3.0

I don't reach grub. When I reboot the system, it only
show "GRUB" at the end. I know it's MRB bootloader
problem. I need to create rescue disk to reboot and
run grub-install command to reset bootloader.
