Getting Perl to link across a peer to peer network....

If the client PC is Linux?

So, my question is, what OS is the client PC running?  Presumably you
mean your web browser (not the HTML form) doesn't recognize the UNC
link, no?  What browser are you using?  If my questions indicate that
I do not understand the problem, can you please elaborate?
