This is the problem we have at BLU and Bruce Dawson has on GNHLUG. We
want to upgrade to the latest mailman, but it requires Python2. Red Hat
7.1 (in our case) requires Python1 for many of its things. While JABR
installed Python2 separately,  I'm a little recalcitrant to install
mailman 2.13 and breaking all of our lists :-(
