EMC is hiring.  Americans.  I know because I applied for a job there, and 
got a call back from a recruiter.  I didn't have some of the skills for the 
job, but I talked to her and it was a real position.


Too early to tell if it's a trend or not, but I've seen a few more bites 
since September started.
