Something new going around?

For some reason today I've gotten near 100 of those "I didn't really send 
that spam but got a bounce message" emails, all with senders and titles 
centered around "microsoft security patch."  I usually get a couple every 
now and then, but now I'm getting flooded.  Is this something that other 
folks are experiencing?  Is one of the worms coming back to life?
