Red Hat's Anaconda Installation Package

I'm trying to play with Red Hat's 8.0 anaconda installation package.
The sources are in a SRPM file.
Does anyone know how to install this rpm file?
I don't think the standard rpm -ivh command works with
source RPMs and RH's doc pages aren't very helpfull.

Thanks,
Chuck
