comcast news servers

I have been told that Comcast is bound by the ATTBI merger agreement to keep
the newsgroup arraignment the same for migrated ATTBI customers for a
certain period of time (not sure how long). New Comcast customers have to go
through Giganews with Comcast - which limits their free download to 1 G per
month.
