Is RedHat 9 stable?

I'm using Redhat 9 on my workstation and my laptop, and it's been
rock solid for me as a workstation. For a server, I've found that
a lot of apache/mod_perl web applications don't work, because
Redhat is using apache 2.x and mod_perl 2.x, and these packages
depend on some basic features in mod_perl 1.x that either haven't
been implemented in 2.x yet, or have changed their syntax enough
to break the packages.
