Stripped PGP sigs? (was Re: cvs help)

The stripper has worked very well on some other lists where many people
post alternative text/html messages and attachments, and even
occasionally send viruses. This list has been clean, but we do get hit
by a few viruses and SPAMs daily. They are all blocked by mailman,
becuase, hopefully, very few people on this list use Outlook Express.
