SSH X11 Forwarding...

XAuthLocation should point to the location of the 'xauth' binary.

man ssh_config:

    XAuthLocation
             Specifies the location of the xauth(1) program.  The
             default is /usr/bin/X11/xauth.

This is for OpenSSH.  Other ssh's may vary...
