GRUB Loading stage2Geom Error

I'm trying to restore multiple boot to a Dell PowerEdge 600SC after installing 
W2K Server.

I created a GRUB Boot disk as per the GRUB info pages, but when I try to boot 
with it, I get the error "GRUB loading stage2Geom Error". 

Google searches have hits on "geom error", but none of them seem to apply. 

Please suggest a solution. TIA.
