Has anyone else noticed a dramatically slower Verizon DSL connection this week (since tues)? I just tested at dslreports.com (I'd noticed that alot of sites seemed to be loading slower) and I ended up with both up and down below 100kbps! I restarted my modem and ended up 128x138, but that still seems awfully slow on the down side. Grant M.
