USB MP3 Player

I'm trying to mount my CF based mp3 player under a
Debian Unstable install. USB works fine, but I'm
having issues with the actual player.

/proc/bus/usb/devices shows that it is there, but the
I: line that says what driver is being used says
(none) instead of usb-storage.

How would I tell it to use this driver, which is
compiled in the kernel?

thanks.
