broadband in east Watertown

Hello,

Does anyone have any experience with RCN broadband in or around
Watertown?  My house has been hooked up with AT&T for the past 2 years
or so, which has been fine up until very recently.  RCN looks like it
would save us some money, but I haven't heard anything good or bad
about RCN.  Any praise or horror stories would be welcome.  :)
