how to setup a mail server

Hi all,

I have a old pentium 133 pc and want to setup a mail server for home use.
I have redhat 7.1 and 7.3 which one is better to set up mail server. I am
going to build from scratch.
I have never to try it and need help ?
What is the best way to setup and Can anyone help me ?
