IMHO, one of the best is Whitridge Associates in Quincy. 
I worked with Kevin when he started the company and have remained friends 
with him and his wife.

I do know that the job market sucks right now. I generally work contract 
jobs so I know the temp agencies. One agency I don't deal with any more is 
Modis.
I have worked for Sapphire Technologies before with no problem.
