BLU server and spam



As I mentioned, most of the lists on the BLU server are set to reject 
postings from addresses not subscribed unless they are listed in the 
"accept me because I run the list or the server" category. 

Even our wide open lists, like discuss and isig have always been restrict 
post to eliminate SPAM and most viruses.
